We had severe thunderstorms last night that produced Quarter size hail and heavy rain throughout the county.

My rain gauge says we have had 2.10" of rain since 7pm yesterday.

Another thing the blood moon! If you did not see the eclipse because of fog, clouds, or you were still sleeping here is a pic of it for you.

Tonight- Rain chances return. low 54. It should be dry most of the night the slight rain chance is mainly after 1 am. The rain chance is a 30%.  No severe weather is expected.

Thursday- Rain and possible t-storms. High 76. The warm front will make it to Sumner county around 12pm Thursday. This will bring in moister which will lead to rain and storms.
It will be a 50/50 chance of seeing rain!
 No severe weather is expected.

Thursday night- Rain becomes more widespread overnight. Low 61
The rain will increase as the front stops over Kentucky and another disturbance moves in.
Thunderstorms are likely over night. No severe weather is expected.
